Mission Statement 

Yep. I know you are either : (1) trying to discover where to eat for your upcoming trip to Taiwan, or (2) you are already in Taiwan but don’t know where to eat. I’m here to help you out. 

Nowadays there are a lot of so-called “influencers” telling you where to eat and where not to eat. Let me ask you this question – do you want to trust someone who was only in Taiwan for 2 weeks to make those reels, or do you want to trust someone who has been living here for 20 years? The mission of this blog is simple – to help you locate delicious authentic Taiwanese food that only the true Taiwanese knows. I will be helping you to discover places that tourists don’t go.

3 Things about Sean

(1) Sean was born and raised in Nantou County, the only landlocked county in Taiwan. Sean now resides in Taipei.

(2) Sean went to high school in Somerset, KY. He graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2020 with a bachelor degree in accounting. He has been back to Taiwan since 2021. He hated his auditor job at PwC, that’s why he decided to become a full-time blogger.

(3) Sean’s favorite Taiwanese food is beef noodle. Sean tries a new beef noodle place every weekend – it’s his weekly emotional therapy.
