July 29th, 2026 : Red Bean & Peanut Soup

The red bean soup is pleasantly sweet, while the broth is infused with the aroma of freshly cooked peanuts. The red beans are perfectly soft and creamy. I would say the highlight is definitely the freshly made tangyuan, which has a chewy texture and a distinct fragrance of freshly kneaded dough.
