From the interior décor to the traditional ornaments on display, it’s immediately clear that the restaurant reflects the owner’s cultural heritage. Specializing in pho and bún, the menu features a selection of authentic Vietnamese comfort food.

1st visit :

July 29th, 2026 : Clear Broth Combo Beef Pho

This bowl of pho featured a simple yet beautifully clean broth that was both light and refreshing. Rather than relying on heavy seasoning, it highlighted the natural sweetness of the fresh beef.

The beef shank was firmer than expected, but its freshness offered a pleasantly chewy texture and a rich, natural beef aroma only fresh beef has. I could just tell the thinly sliced beef was served raw and gently poached by the steaming broth, resulting in a medium-rare finish. Though it still had a bit of tendon and chew, it remained tender and flavorful.

This shop has definitely passed my taste test. I’m looking forward to coming back here to try their bún dish.
