Overview

Opened in April 2026, this restaurant is tucked away beside 228 Peace Memorial Park, just a short walk from the Presidential Office Building. Surrounded by government offices, banks, and commercial districts, the neighborhood is a popular lunchtime destination for office workers. As a result, it has quietly become one of the city’s hidden food hubs, filled with eateries catering to the weekday lunch crowd. Sean’s Review

1st visit :

June 15th, 2026 : Tomato Beef Shank & Tendon Noodle

The tomato broth is mellow and exceptionally well-balanced, neither overly sweet nor overly salty. Unlike the chewy noodles commonly found at most Taiwanese beef noodle shops, the noodles here are intentionally softer, allowing them to absorb the rich tomato broth without losing their own character.

I was expecting some “quick-lunch” quality beef noodles, but its seemingly simple presentation has a surprising depth of flavor.

2nd visit :

June 20th, 2026 : Shanghai Xiao Long Bao

Xiao Long Bao : I wouldn’t call this Din Tai Fung quality, but at this price point, it’s hard to find anything to complain about. The quality is humble and genuine.
