Introduction :
I stumbled upon this ramen shop a few weeks ago. Unlike most ramen shops in Taiwan, which typically focus on pork- or chicken-based broths, this shop specializes in seafood ramen made from a broth made with scallops and lobster — a broth base that is still rare in Taiwan.
The shop follows the typical Japanese ticket machine system – diners simply purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine and hand it to the staff to place their order. The shop offers a choice of two noodle varieties — Whole Wheat Noodles (全粒粉麵條) and Kyushu Whole Wheat Noodles (九州全粒粉麵條) — and every bowl comes with one extra free serving of noodles.

August 3rd, 2026 : Scallop Ramen
Since I’m allergic to shrimp, I wasn’t able to try the shop’s signature lobster-based broth. Instead, I ordered the Scallop Ramen.
The bowl was topped with two slices each of pork chashu and chicken breast, along with several scallops. The clear broth was light, clean, and naturally sweet, with a rich umami flavor from the scallops. For the noodle type, I chose the Kyushu whole wheat noodles (九州全粒粉麵條), which had a pleasantly chewy texture and excellent bite. The pork chashu was tender yet slightly springy with a subtle sweetness, while the chicken breast was exceptionally moist and tender.
